Tired of 2020? Feeling ragged and burnout? How to reset yourself for the New Year 2021!

Has the entire year of 2020 gotten you feeling ragged? Are you tired of all the bad news in 2020?

What started out as an average year turned out to be one of the most terrible years in the history of mankind. Even the most positive optimist in the whole world must be feeling the unbearable weight of this year.

So it's okay to feel burnt out and drained from the non-stop doom scrolling and bad news after bad news! But good news is around the corner- vaccines are coming up and a new year is on the horizon. So hang in there!

2021 is nearly upon us and the wretched year of 2020 is finally coming to an end. And no other New Year has been so widely anticipated across the world than 2021! Everyone is hopeful that 2021 will prove to be a better year than 2020.

Here are a few tips to lift up your spirits for the New Year 2021.

1) Feel peace

Soon it is the New Year. So look forward with hope and optimism to the future. This will help us cultivate our mental resilience.

Whatever situation that you may face or whatever trouble you encounter, do not be discouraged. There is always a solution to every problem. Learn to make peace with yourself.

2)  Do a digital detox

This year, we've been tied to our devices too much with work, study and leisure all on our phones, computers and tablets. Too much of staring at devices leads to dry eye and headaches, as well as a general sense of malaise.

For those who are on their year-end holidays, cut down your screen time to rebalance yourself.

3) Eat clean for the first week of 2021

Eat nutritious and unprocessed food for the first week which will give you energy and a wonderful perspective. Have you put on a few pounds due to the festive period? Here are some tips to lose weight.
If you want to lose a few pounds quick, why don't you try out the 3 day toast diet plan?

Resolve to have at least five to eight servings of fruits and vegetables. Try to vary your fruits and vegetables so that you get an entire array of minerals and nutrients. Enjoy juices, smoothies, soups, raw or lightly cooked salads that will nourish your body. Try to avoid processed foods, sugary treats, salt and trans fats.
