        Prepare your oats a night before with your favorite seeds and fruits and refrigerate overnight. By morning the oats would have softened up and you can wake up to a quick and delicious energetic breakfast.
Steel cut oats
 
While it takes longer to cook, it retains much of its shape even after 
cooking and has a toothsome, chewy texture. In addition to porridge, it 
can also be used as a rice alternative in numerous preparations, like risotto and much more.  
- Boil 2 cups cup skimmed milk and add ½ cup of Steel Cut Oats.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium flame, till the milk gets absorbed; or till the porridge reaches your preferred consistency.
